Imagine your 4th of July wedding: warm glowing sunsets at Montgomery Creek Ranch, lighting our vast meadow and wildflower fields. Our rustic Barn, adorned with patriotic charm and closing the day with vibrant fireworks or sparklers, while surrounded by your favorite people and the love of your life.
With summer in full swing, everyone is already in celebration mode. And with the 4th of July falling on a Friday this year, it is the perfect weekend to book your wedding celebration at our venue at Montgomery Creek Ranch. Montgomery Creek Ranch is thrilled to announce that we have limited availability for 2025 4th of July Weddings. Whether you are looking to do a last-minute elopement, an intimate gathering or a full-blown reception of 250 people in our rustic barn, we’ve got you covered!
If you want to get the most out of the natural light that summer sunshine brings to the party in your 4th of July wedding photos, this is an optimal time of year to do it. July 4th is very soon after the longest day of the year (June 20th). Allowing couples to capitalize on the extended sunshine during this fantastic holiday weekend!!
Because 4th of July falls on a Friday this year, it’s officially a holiday weekend! This means that whether your 4th of July wedding takes place on the 4th, 5th or 6th, most of your guests will likely be off from work and available to party and celebrate with you! Save your guests the hassle of requesting PTO.
Elevate your 4th of July wedding night with a grand finale, 4th of July style!! Present your guests with their own sparklers. This is such a fun and fully immersive send off for you and your guests and your 4th of July wedding night will be giving off sparks!
Sometimes, finding your wedding day theme can be difficult. Hosting your wedding celebration during a holiday weekend, like a 4th of July wedding, makes this part super easy!! You can incorporate red, white and (something) blue within your floral arrangements. This makes for very bright, very vibrant florals that pop throughout the day and especially in your photos!
You can also incorporate the patriotic theme within the décor, with American Flag decorations. Additionally, you can grace your tablescape with patriotic charm using our country’s colors and other 4th of July décor throughout. It’s a color scheme that we all appreciate, especially for a 4th of July wedding weekend!
Your 4th of July wedding day, and every wedding anniversary to follow, will be boasting the vibrant energy of 4th of July weekend, every year. It is most certainly an amplified anniversary celebration. And, it will feel special to you and your partner. Those 4th of July Fireworks will be a part of your love story every year as you and your partner build your lives together, and the fireworks will bring you back to that moment when you both said, “I do.”
Because 4th of July takes place on a Friday, making for a long summer weekend, it’s an optimal way to take your paid time off and build on it by going straight into honeymoon mode. And, if you get married on the 4th of July, there are already two weekend days immediately following your wedding day. This makes for a great start to a honeymoon without using too many days off from work.
July is also the peek of travel season, which is great for visiting coastal beaches or our national parks, for a honeymoon here in the states. Also, many cruise lines have great summer travel deals at this time of year, too!
