Micro Wedding 5-Hour Timeline
3:00 PM – | Arrive at the venue.
Begin preparations in the bridal suites.
4:30 PM – 4:45 PM | Guest Arrivals & Pre - Ceremony Gathering
Soft background music creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
4:40 PM – 4:55 PM | Final preparation in the bridal suites & bride makes her way to the Venue.
5:00 PM – 5:15 PM | Ceremony
5:15 PM- 6:15 PM | Post-Ceremony Photos & Cocktail Hour
The newlyweds take portraits with family and friends while guests enjoy a cocktail hour with drinks and light appetizers.
Soft music or a playlist sets a relaxed mood.
6:15 PM- 6:45 PM | First Dance, Speeches & Champagne Toast
The first dance is followed by a dance with parents (if desired).
The couple’s closest family or friends give brief, heartfelt toasts.
